Place a large skillet on medium high heat.
Heat the oil, then add the ginger, garlic, and ground turkey. Break up mixture with a wooden spoon as it cooks. Add the seasoned salt, then saute until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
Add the frozen veggies, sauteeing for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
Add soy sauce, vinegar and sriracha then cook another 2-3 minutes until well combined.
Adjust seasonings to taste then remove from heat and top with green onions.
