Instructions
- Place all the ingredients for the dressing into a blender, excluding the olive oil. Blend until the mixture achieves a smooth consistency, then gradually incorporate the olive oil while the blender is set to a low speed.
- I favor using a blender for this dressing to ensure it attains an exceptionally smooth and creamy texture. However, if a blender isn't available, you can still prepare it by vigorously whisking all the ingredients by hand. Just ensure that the garlic is finely minced for the best results.
