  cup apple cider vinegar
 ¼ cup coconut aminos
  cup EVOO
 3 cups garlic roughly chopped to help the blending
 salt to taste

Place all the ingredients for the dressing into a blender, excluding the olive oil. Blend until the mixture achieves a smooth consistency, then gradually incorporate the olive oil while the blender is set to a low speed.
